Scanstrut are now launching their new Self Levelling Radar Mount for Mast installation following the successful introduction of the backstay mounted version in January.

Mounting the radome scanner on the mast is a popular and very much typical installation on yachts. However the antenna’s efficiency can be seriously impaired when the boat heels, as its plane is no longer level with the horizon.

Scanstrut’s Self Levelling Mast Mount solves this problem by ensuring your radar stays level with the horizon at all times whilst allowing it to be mounted as high as possible on the yacht for long range performance.
